What is the Recruitment Process?
The first step in the process is when the prospective franchisee requests to
find out more about the Tile Rescue Franchise Opportunity and is sent a prospectus
to confirm to the prospective franchisee that Tile Rescue has a legitimate franchise
offer and a business model that will be successful in achieving their business
goals.
Enclosed is a Franchisee Application Form to assists Tile Rescue to find out
more about the prospective franchisee. Equipped with this preliminary information
Tile Rescue is able to estimate whether the prospective franchisee is in a feasible
position to manage a Tile Rescue Franchise.
Once the prospective franchisee has ascertained that Tile Rescue has a legitimate
franchise offer, they will be keen to confirm that a strong supportive recruitment
process exists. Prior to moving into further detail regarding the franchise
officer it is necessary for the franchisee to sign the Confidentiality Deed.
Once the Confidentiality Deed has been signed the mutual screening process commences.
This is the opportunity for both the prospective franchisee and Tile Rescue
to assess each other in an effort to determine whether there is a good fit between
the prospect’s needs and expectations and their requirements for a franchise.
If the above two stages are successful, the prospective franchisee will be curious
to discover more about the Tile Rescue offer. The next stage of the recruitment
phase is the submission of the Disclosure Document and a generic Franchise Agreement.
