The most recent corporate experience achieved by Wayne Armstrong saw him with Flight Centre Ltd for 11 years. At Flight Centre he managed offices in the corporate and retail sectors.

He is a multi-award winning consultant and has been crowned the Number One Consultant Worldwide twice. Wayne has also won various national and worldwide awards for most profitable office, most productive office and most improved office and winner in the national customer service excellence awards in the corporate sector.

After having attended roughly 70 conferences over a 15-year period, Wayne founded his corporate events company, Sports Corp Elite in 2001. The events division of Sports Corp Elite run national events predominantly for large corporate organisations, and is proud to have distinguished clients such as Australia Post, Boeing, CSC, CUB, Flight Centre, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, Microsoft, NAB, PKF, Qantas and Rio Tinto.

From Wayne's background with Flight Centre, and particularly in the corporate sector, he understands the importance of networking, building long-term relationships, strategic alliances and most importantly the necessity for business owners to keep learning and improving their skills.

In 2004 he launched Wayne Armstrong's Executive Alliance (Alliance 50) on the Gold Coast. From his Flight Centre days, Wayne has a clear understanding of what does work and he formed a totally unique networking and business group with a very strong focus on educating the business owner so that they can grow their businesses and increase their profits.

By constant testing, measuring and feedback, the group has grown into a very strong business community, with over 150 business owners as Members.
