Training Provided:
Formal training is broken down into 3x2 day modules (6 days in total). The initial 2 days are self-directed, working through material provided by IFG. The second two days are spent at our training centre for a full orientation, including practical exposure to the Interface software. The third 2-day segment is a practical marketing period at the franchisee’s location to help them get established within their business community. The ‘formal training’ is followed by a 12-week coaching program and a 13 week ‘getting started’ post-training agenda. IFG also conducts ongoing training throughout the life of the franchise.
