The Happiness Institute franchise offers attractive proposals for franchising in the field of coaching
The first step is to contact the coaching franchise by email and register the initial interest. The advisory business will then contact the candidate to discuss the opportunity in detail. If the coaching franchise is comfortable, it will arrange a suitable time for an initial meeting for ‘getting to know each other’.
The Happiness Institute franchise will then clarify the key elements of the business opportunity, and determine whether it is a feasible to both parties. The necessary information to assess the business opportunity will be provided and then an application form will be given to the candidates which he can take home and complete.
The next step is one where the advisory business encourages the candidate to conduct as research and seek independent advice for the opportunity. If the candidate decides to proceed, he will need to present the completed Franchisee Application Form along with a fully refundable fee of $3,000 plus GST. A second meeting is then conducted where more specific issues are discussed.
The code of conduct, disclosure document and an agreement will be provided to the candidate in the second meeting. These documents can be taken home to and seek advice on legal issues as well as accounting. The candidates will also be asked to obtain a police and credit check.
The third meeting between the coaching franchise and the candidate meeting will resolve all outstanding issues and questions and other members of The Happiness Institute team will also be introduced. The final meeting will finalise the decision and the signing of the offer to join. The Happiness Institute network takes place. Here, the candidate needs to pay the sign-up fee after which the coaching franchise will finalise the legal documentation. 30.11.2007
