The Coffee Club scoops up three accolades at Excellence in Franchising Awards
The FCA Excellence in Franchising Award winners were announced recently, with The Coffee Club taking out three awards for its national network of cafe franchises.
The Coffee Club took out the coveted 'Excellence in Marketing' Award, in addition to 'Multi-unit Franchisee of the Year' and 'Franchisee of the Year - two or more staff.'
General Manager for Marketing at The Coffee Club, Nick Vincent, says the awards helped to build credibility for the team.
"The marketing award means more Franchisee engagement in our marketing programs because we have been recognised as being marketing leaders within the franchise industry," he explains.
The entire awards submission process was beneficial, Nick continues, "because it gave buy-in across all departments. It reminded us too, on the efforts the marketing team put in to rolling out national promotions."
The Coffee Club won the Marketing Excellence Award for its successful Taste of Thailand campaign, the first of the company's National Promotions Food Tour in 2011 that showcased cuisines from selected countries around the world.
The Taste of Thailand campaign was so successful that is now used internally at The Coffee Club Corporate office as an example of best practice for national promotions.
The FCA Excellence in Franchising Awards are held at state and national level each year, celebrating the hard working teams and individuals in the industry.
