Yale Morgan, The Better Business Group's General Manager discusses the benefits of business coaching franchises

General Manager of The Better Business Group , Yale Morgan has helped develop business coaching and sales training tools for business coaching franchises for over 20 years for small to medium businesses in Australia. 

He says he has “always enjoyed helping other businesses grow to their fullest potential” and the most satisfying part of his job is seeing the achievements of his clients and licensees.

Despite the challenges of re-branding his franchise from Business Publications Australia to The Better Business Group, Morgan says their business coaching and training processes have helped to produce sales in excess of 50 million dollars. 

He says the benefits of franchising include flexible working hours, increased leisure time and the chance to be a part of a proactive team focused on helping other businesses grow by using proven products and systems.
