Longevity is the key to TeleChoice’s franchisee success
Franchisees of TeleChoice who have continued to invest time and resource into their telecommunication franchise will experience the benefits over the long term.
Just like fine wine, franchise businesses mature with age according to TeleChoice founder and CEO Ehab Abdou.
“The key to longevity is passion and a willingness to help others whenever needed,” said Ehab.
TeleChoice’s longevity success can be seen through its successful telecommunications franchise model, which includes 154 retail locations across Australia. More than 20 percent of TeleChoice franchisees have been with the telecommunication franchise for eight years or more.
“TeleChoice engenders a culture of support, a culture which has significantly contributed to the ongoing success of franchisees around the country. We consider all our franchisees as family and offer an open support system that will help them to grow,” said Abdou.
It was TeleChoice’s strong franchise model and ongoing support network that attracted Western Australia franchisees Mike and Angie Lukan to the business.
“Mike did some work with TeleChoice while he was with the National Australia Bank and he was really impressed with their business model,” said Angie.
“What drew us to TeleChoice was the opportunity to run our own business autonomously yet have access to proven support network dedicated to helping your operation succeed. TeleChoice has always supported us in our time of need, whether it has been with point of sale materials, new sale techniques or knowledge about the mobile phone industry.”
The Lukan’s WA telecommunications franchise has been running for 12 years now and is currently TeleChoice’s longest existing franchise. According to Abdou, TeleChoice’s wide support network is only one element to the Lukan’s longevity success.
“Find out what you love doing. If you don’t look forward to going to work each day, you have no hope of success,” said Abdou.
For Ehab Abdou, work should not be a job but an opportunity to indulge a passion. Through this passion, franchisees will have the enthusiasm that will contribute to the continued success of their business in the long term.
