In 2006, TeleChoice acquired over 20 well known outlets which added on to their already large point of presence nationally. TeleChoice also established a call centre within their South Melbourne office to provide a premium level of service to its customers. The call centre has played an integral part in providing after sales service to its existing customers and has recently begun direct sales.
