The Target Training franchise helps businesses experiencing difficulties by holding an initial meeting to carve out an action plan of remedies aimed at the growth of the business. The education and training business delivers its report with a focus on issues including staff and store presentation; customer service standards; business planning and goal setting; and operational policies and procedures.

The report from the customer service training provider will also cover product range, depth, width; product and market suitability; store image, branding and marketing; store layout and visual merchandising; and staff selection, coaching and incentives. Target Training offers work-based learning, which enables individuals to learn directly from the work they do.

Work-based learning has various advantages including immediate application of learning to real work-based issues; learning is directly linked to tasks; time and resources are used efficiently; learning is brought into view to all in the workplace; encourages participants to take responsibility for their own learning; participants learn directly through doing the work; support is always available; and greater transfer of learning from one situation to a range of other situations. 24.12.2007
