Synergy Business claims to be a well established franchise system that supports its members in their business endeavours. The business services business can help its franchisees with its support team. The support team of the office support business will help franchisees to find tenants to run the business centre with full capacity and profitability.

Franchisees will get comprehensive training from the support team of Synergy Business. The support team will assist the franchisees in their daily operations. The franchisees need to just bring in a client and the rest will be cared for by the support team.

Synergy Business offers multi site franchises. As franchisees are not burdened with major works, they may find time to easily manage multiple operations. The investment for a fully operational Synergy Business Centre and 10 years franchise licence requires between $175,000 and $250,000. The business service firm notes that returns on investments will vary and improve according to the size of the Synergy Business Centre, occupation levels and the number of Business Centres a franchisee operates. Synergy Business offers three business models with spaces of 400, 500 and 600 square metres.
