Concept: Cafe 'Breathing Space' with fully supervised child minding in 'Kids Space' Territory: Our original store, now Franchisee owned and operated is in Indooroopilly, in Brisbane's West. We are looking at expanding throughout Brisbane & Queensland, interstate (potential for Master Franchises outside of QLD) and are also liaising with International clients Training Provided: The Franchisee will be given 6-8 weeks of introductory & operational training, administrative, and in-store training Marketing Support: Breathing Space Café targeted marketing as well as local area marketing for the franchisees store Agreement Term: 5 years + 5 year option Number Of Units: 1 Units Outside Country: 0 - Local & International clients currently in negotiations Investment Required: The initial investment to operate a Breathing Space Café Franchise is dependant upon a number of factors such as location and premises, but is estimated to be in the range of $120-$200K + working capital Business Established: 2006 Franchising Commenced: 2008 Qualifications Required: No specific formal qualifications are required to become a Breathing Space Café Franchisee, however our franchisees must demonstrate a passion and commitment for the business. Ideally some experience in Child care and/or hospitality and customer service is highly desirable
