Swimart shows how you can shock your pool into good health

Swimart shows how you can shock your pool into good health

Pool and spa care franchise, Swimart , shares how you can remove or destroy ammonia and nitrogen compounds by oxidation.

Sounds complicated?

Simply put, shock treatment. 'Shocking' your pool regularly helps rid the pool of organic and inorganic wastes or chloramines such as:

  • sweat
  • cosmetics
  • suntan lotions
  • body oils
  • urine
  • contaminants
According to Swimart, proper shocking helps pools stay cleaner for longer, more sparkling and less prone to cloudy water. In more technical terms, it helps ensure that the sanitiser can concentrate in killing bacteria and algae, rather than having to fight these other foreign materials.

Available from all Swimart pool and spa care franchises, you can now purchase the Aquahealth Ultra Shock treatment which is an alternative to super-chlorination for the shock treatment of swimming pools. This treatment effectively oxidises the organic content of pool water quickly and easily.

Franchise business opportunities are now available
There are various existing or new stores available in NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC.

A Swimart business franchise is very diverse and derives revenue from a wide range of activities in the Pool and Spa industry. Australia and New Zealand have the highest rate of pool ownership in the world and the industry continues to grow! Swimart provides products and services that cater to all the needs of the pool and spa owner. Our business is both challenging and very rewarding providing franchisees with the potential to build a sustainable and highly profitable, multi-million dollar business.

As a Swimart franchisee, you will be responsible for:

  • the management and operation of a Swimart retail store
  • the provision of on-site pool and spa services such as pool cleaning, repairs and maintenance and the installation of new pool or spa equipment
To become a successful Swimart franchisee, you will need to have excellent people skills, enjoy working outdoors, and are self motivated and posses a strong desire to succeed.

Swimart prefers owner operator franchisees with management, sales, retail or trade skills to fully maximise the potential in the business.
