What are we looking for in a SumoSalad Franchisee?
Experience in the food industry isn’t essential as we provide thorough training for our salad franchise owners. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated by success who can add to the strength of our brand. To run one of our health food franchises you need to eat the product and be passionate about our culture, you must be prepared to work hard to achieve our goals. It is essential that our franchisees are customer focused and can lead their staff effectively.

What Training and support is provided for Franchisees?
We provide an extensive 4 week training program with includes business management skills, using the SumoSalad systems and business tools, product and presentation, local store marketing, inventory management and stock control, Food Hygiene and safety, Labour management, setting of financial goals. We provide one week theoretical, one week in an existing SumoSalad store and the final week is at your new acquired store with a training manager closely reviewing your practical skills and providing extensive assistance.
