High Performance Sales Program announced for operators of Step into Life personal training franchises
Step into Life personal training franchises started in 2000, and since then the company has seen numerous cases of franchisee candidates that lack some of the essential skills required to boost their success.
While these applicants have had excellent people and communication skills, and were well suited as personal trainers, they didn’t possess the required business acumen to effectively run Step into Life personal training franchises.
With this in mind, Step into Life now runs an internal High Performance Sales Program (HPSP) for franchisees when they join the network of fitness franchises, providing the new business owners with all the skills they will need to promote growth and financial stability.
Director Larry Cohen explains that the company engaged the services of Savvas Leondas from Leondas Consulting to develop the HPSP program, and he says that it “has been a huge success. It has taught some that selling is not a dirty word.”
