Spectrum Analysis completes project with leading global fast food company
Spectrum Analysis Australia has recently completed a project with a large and global fast food company who are implementing their entry strategy into Australia and New Zealand.
The project was to realistically set up a plan on where the large fast food company should locate sites over the Development phase in both Australia and New Zealand. This included providing mapping and a report that could be used with their own management and then used with Senior Executives who were considering on taking their brand as Master Franchisees.
Spectrum Analysis was able to help with the project by producing a mapping of all capital cities and all large country towns if required.
Spectrum Analysis’ report consisted of:
- Discussion and size of the Australian Market
- Cities and towns by population
- Measurement of significant competitors by city and town
- Shopping Centre information
- Strategic Network Planning, of how many stores one could expect in each market.
- Identification of each specific target area down to a 2 km radius ring.
The report’s mapping showed:
- Each overall market and each target area.
- Shopping centres (by name)
- Shopping Strips
- Land Use (Zoning)
- Competitors
- Demographics if deemed significant.
- Maps then available as either layered pdf maps, or as Google Earth files.
Spectrum Analysis was able to provide a cost effective way, with facts, for the fast food company to develop their entry strategy into Australia and New Zealand.
