1. Recruitment (Franchisee). The franchisee is the crucial link to success and we work to understand the franchises we represent to enable selection of the correct and best franchisee. We assess the applicants from a suitability perspective as well as ensuring their integrity and financial abilities.
2. Import/export of Systems. Australia has some great IP in the systems that are home-grown. We are able to assess your systems suitability to many international markets. We have agreements with major franchise services groups over a number of countries. We advise and facilitate the access Australian and overseas government assistance.
3. Systems development. We take solid ideas and transform them to complete operating systems which include all documentation, procedures assessment and development, linking a complete service into one strategic action plan
4. Legal Compliance. SFG has a complete legal service from document development, document maintenance, HR compliance, property law, and any business law matter.
5. System maintenance. From systems SFG has developed or any existing system we put in place a maintenance plan that tracks and keeps everything up to date.
