Snap business services franchise change traditional company logo
The Snap logo has made a subtle but significant change, losing the word ‘printing’ from its well-known blue and gold disc.
Grant Vernon, CEO of the business services franchise company said the organisation had grown beyond solely printing and copying.
"For some time Snap has provided related professional services such as design as well as advertising and marketing advice," said Grant.
"We have found our customers are valuing these additional services as much as the printing side of our service," he added.
"Therefore, we wanted our logo and position to reflect the reality - which is that we do more than just printing."
The business service franchise has a history of evolving to keep up with changing market environments and has survived two World Wars and the Great Depression.
Snap pioneered ‘instant print’ in Australia the late 1960s and was the first printing group of its kind to become a franchise. In the 1990s Snap Franchising expanded overseas, opening centres in Ireland, China sand New Zealand.
Snap’s evolution includes new marketing and design services on offer at their business services franchises, tailored especially to small and medium sized businesses.
