Lions skipper, Jonathon Brown opens Snap Fitness franchise
Snap Fitness franchise has picked up a new franchisee and surprise celebrity endorsement in the form of Lions skipper, Jonathon Brown who has invested in one of their fitness franchises in Morningside.
Brown said he was excited about his new venture, a joint acquisition with co-investors Darrin Strauch, Craig Brittain and Graeme Allan, which would bring the new 24 hour gym revolution to Morningside.
“I’m always keen to support anything which encourages people to keep active and fit,” he said.
“It’s difficult for a lot of people to squeeze regular exercise into their normal busy schedule so to have the flexibility of being able to utilize gyms equipped with all the best equipment at a time to suit is perfect.”
Brown also said he was happy to be involved in making exercise more convenient including no long-term contracts and flexible opening hours.
“I’m fortunate that my job keeps me fit but I’m sure I’ll keep up a strict exercise routine long after I’ve retired.
“The Snap Fitness centres will be good for me – as I hope they’ll be for a lot of other busy people,” he said.
Brown picked Snap fitness franchise because of the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of individual customers and state-of-the-art, technologically advanced and innovative equipment.
“I looked at other options but Snap was the best fit for me - they are prepared to think outside the square and do things a little differently when it comes to fitness.
“That’s the sort of organization I want to be involved with,” he said.
