Smartline take out six of the seven topfranchise.com.au survey criteria

Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers  took out the number one spot in the topfranchise.com.au 2011 survey ranking first in six of the seven categories including franchisee lifestyle and franchisee renewal.

It is the third consecutive year the home loans franchise has taken out the number one accolade in the topfranchise.com.au survey of franchisees from some of the best known franchise systems across the country.

Smartline home loans franchises ranked first for;

• Lifestyle – how satisfied franchisees are with the lifestyle their franchise affords them
• Passion – the passion franchisees have for their customers, brand, product and services they offer
• Support – the amount of support given by the franchisor
• Renewal – the likelihood of franchisees to renew their franchise agreement
• Recommendation – the franchisees willingness to refer a franchise to friends and colleagues
• Opportunities – franchisees perception of opportunities to expand their business within the system
