Smartline named the Retail Aggregator / Originator of the Year at the MFAA 2011 Excellence Awards

Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers  has further cemented its reputation as Australia’s leading mortgage broking franchise group after a win at the MFAA 2011 Excellence Awards.

Smartline was named the Retail Aggregator / Originator of the Year at the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia’s annual awards on March 4.

The award follows Topfranchise.com.au which ranks franchise systems around the world, naming the mortgage broking services franchise as Australia’s number one franchise in both 2009 and 2010.

Smartline was also named Franchise Operation of the Year at the Australian Mortgage Awards (AMAs) late in 2010, for the second year in a row.

Managing Director Chris Acret said the mortgage broking franchise was established on the principle that the group would only be as a successful as their franchisees.

“This philosophy continues to be integral to the way we conduct our business, and work with and support our franchisees and I believe is the reason why we have some of Australia’s most satisfied and successful franchisees,” Mr Acret said.
