Sherpa Group lead Built Services Group in managing business development for national growth

Adelaide business, Sherpa Group have formed a leadership partnership with fellow Adelaide company, Built Services Group to develop internal processes for national growth and overall business development for profitable national expansion.

Chief Sherpa, Vicki Prout says that some of the main reasons businesses fail when it comes to national expansion are;

• Complicated structures
• Making overzealous decisions
• Absence of fundamental processes and systems 
• Owners not reinvesting back into the business

Built Services Group's turnover is approximately $13M with the company specialising in commercial, government, industrial and shop-fitting project management.

Matt Smith, Director of Built Services Group said he recognised business development opportunities in strengthening their standards, procedures, policies and investigating the expansion methodologies available to underpin their growth aspirations and develop their business.
