Getting to know each other, you will tell us about your business and we will introduce you to franchising.
Fitness Test ... Executive Workshop
We will spend a day with you in your business and find out as much as we can about your business. A day in the life of you and your business, we will discover if your business is suitable for franchising and establish if it’s something you could explore.
Base Camp ... Feasibility Study
We will complete a detailed analysis of the business opportunity, your product offering, financial models, marketing strategies and systems and identify if your business will make a successful franchise. This is when we will give you the all clear to go onto ‘Camp 1’ or we will recommend some more prep work before the ascent.
Camp 1 ... Franchise Development
Now the real fun begins! We will draw on your knowledge of your business to build the framework of your franchise. We will draw on our expertise in franchising to identify and document all the required components and analyse, test and streamline systems and processes.
Camp 2 ... Documentation
We are now deep into the journey, the summit is in sight but hard work and commitment are required to reach the goal. This stage involves writing the manuals that will guide franchisees through the running of the franchise. This may include Operational, Technical, Marketing and Human Resource manuals.
Camp 3 ... Training and Recruitment
At last, the sun is shining again and you can start reaping the rewards. We will assist you with the promotion of your new franchise business and recruit the right people to work your business system. We will coach you on how to train and support your new franchisees, while simultaneously managing and growing as a franchisor. This is when we teach you how to be a Sherpa for your franchisees.
Camp 4 ... Execution and Support
You are now the owner of your own franchised business, recruiting new investors, supporting franchisees as well as building and growing your own success. You have now entered a new phase on your business journey, wiser, stronger and ready for the next stage of growth. Now we can help you achieve your franchising dreams, be they across the city, the country or the world.
