Awards and recognition for the Service Integrity businesses mystery shopping services
Over the course of its 35 years of service in the mystery shopping industry, Service Integrity has been recognised by various independent organisations and associations. The advisory services business has also been awarded numerous prizes for the services it has provided to other firms as well as the mystery shopping industry.
Among its awards, is the recognition of the mystery shopping business’ quality of service and products. Service Integrity was one of the 101 companies identified in The Service Edge and Keeping the Edge as providers of quality services. Service Integrity and Ron Zemke partnered with each other to obtain data for the 2000 Internet shopping book E-Service. Service Integrity is also a three-time participant in Manchester Business School’s Service Excellence Experience. The program essentially consists of touring various North American companies which deliver excellent customer service. The mystery shopping business is also a civic minded firm and has been involved in a large number of civic services and has received various awards and recognitions for its services.
