Over the next 20 years, the senior population is expected to increase dramatically. At the same time, more and more seniors are electing to stay in their own homes for longer periods of time, rather than move into assisted living facilities. We are the up and coming, ”next iteration“ home care company. We’ve built services and processes into our model that allow us to service clients earlier and retain clients longer – thus helping people remain independent at home. We are more than a companion care company, At Senior Helpers we provide a complete in-home personal and companion care to seniors.
Our caregivers provide needed assisted living-type care with daily tasks such as light housework, meal preparation, errands, transportation, medicine reminders, meal planning, and Alzheimer’s care. Offering a continuum of care (beyond basic companionship) puts us at the forefront of the industry and gives us a strategic advantage in the marketplace, as more seniors choose to stay in their own homes for longer periods of time.

You don’t necessarily need experience in senior care. We look for franchisees that have business management and sales skills, and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
The Recruitment Process
