Salts of the Earth was founded in Essendon VIC, June 5th 2010 by David Lindsay and Katharine Micalizzi. It was formed to offer a natural, effective relief for the people of Australia for respiratory and skin conditions. Salts of the Earth is unique because it has little or no competition. As Salt therapy is a new concept in Australia, this has given us a head start with regards to developing a business system that is working very well for us, allowing us to open a further 4 Centres 18 months after opening the first. A system that has been developed strategically through feedback from existing customers.

• We have developed a proven strategy. You can check how successful other Franchises are before committing yourself.
• You can use the Salts of the Earth brand name and trademarks. You benefit from any advertising or promotion by the owner of the Franchise - the 'Franchisor'.
• The Franchisor gives you support - usually including training, help setting up the business, a manual telling you how to run the business and ongoing advice.
• You have exclusive rights in your territory, there will not be any other Franchises sold in the same territory.
• You can benefit from communicating and sharing ideas with, and receiving support from, other Franchisee’s in the network.

It is very important that we have the correct personnel as Franchisee’s so that all involved will grow and prosper.
