The “Profitable Management of Service Fees” is aimed at owners and consultants in the travel industry as well as managers. The objective is to “implement service fees while maintaining customer satisfaction and improving profitability.” The modules are “understanding service fees”, “Why Should You Be Charging Service Fees?”, “How to Sell Service Fees” and “Dealing with Customer Inquiries and Objections”.
The “New Selling Skills for the Evolving Travel Industry” is another course that is aimed at managers and the travel industry owners and consultants. With an objective to learn innovative skills in selling leisure travel packages, the course aims to increase clients ability to sell packages of leisure travel with a better understanding of changing customer needs.
The “Staff Productivity” course offered by Resurg Group is aimed at improving the productivity of staff, providing participants with tools strategy and the knowledge. The course provides the necessary tools for the measurement of staff productivity, identifies areas for improvement and chart out a 12 month people plan to improvement of staff productivity.
