Regal set to guarantee new franchisee incomes

In a vote of confidence for their retail model, Regal Mattress Outlets have unveiled plans to guarantee new franchisees an income for 2 years.

“We have had an increase in our franchise enquiry rate over the last few months, but have noticed that potential franchisees are understandably nervous about relinquishing their regular income in this economic climate” said Managing Director, Rob Simon.

“Because we have complete confidence in our business model, we have sought to remove this hurdle and guarantee new franchisees a minimum income of $60 000 p.a. for 2 years. We do, however, expect them to be profitable and generate significantly more than this for themselves in the first year, but it’s a great safety net.”
