The key to the Redclean franchise model is a strong and continuing business relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee. We believe the Redclean model has and edge over rival cleaning franchises in two key areas.

Firstly the training initially and ongoing. Each franchisee receives extensive practical service related training, business development training and sales training. Secondly, they are part of an experienced parent company that has a unique business tracking system (CRM -Customer Relationship Management Online system) that constantly monitors business performance whilst utilising the latest IT and web based business solutions. The result is greater business efficiency and an ability to maximise profit potential.

We believe two features of the Redclean franchise model will separate it from competitors.

BUSINESS SUPPORT - At Redclean, franchisees receive ongoing business support from an experienced management team. All support covers all areas of business from our online Quoting system, online Accounting System, Online OH&S System, Recruitment, financial reporting and budgeting and local area marketing. There is monthly and quarterly face to face meetings with the Redclean team to ensure that all franchisees are up to speed with the latest training and sales initiatives. A "buddy system" also provides seven -day- a- week support for franchisees.

Sales Training - One of the distunguishing features of the Redclean franchise model is a comprehensive sales training for all franchisees. At Redclean we believe that all franchisees should have the tools, skills and support from head office to be able to quote any job anywhere at will. The only way franchisees will have confidence in doing so is by being trained in our online quoting system and utilising the sales based training programme that is given in their initial training programme and backed up by ongoing support from there on in.
