RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Potential; franchisees complete the application form on Read and Exceed website.
• Suitable candidates are interviewed and a franchise offer is made to selected candidates Franchise documents are provided to potential franchisees for their perusal.
• Potential franchisees are advised to seek professional legal and accounting advice.
• Working with children background check is undertaken.
• Franchise Agreement signed
• Training commences after cooling off period
