To establish a RUN business franchisees are required to make an initial investment in general costs associated with setting up a RUN location as well as the costs to establish a rent roll. The rent roll can be facilitated in one of two ways with 1) RUN facilitating the purchase of a rent roll or 2) franchisees may bring across an existing rent roll. These options as well as the full establishment costs will be discussed in further detail during the recruitment process.
