Home loan franchise links low rates to stability

Franchisees within the Rams Home Loans mortgage broker franchise network will be able to offer a new FlexiFix home loan option to customers that want to take advantage of low variable interest rates linked to stability.

Lynne Wyatt, Head of Brand and Marketing at the home loan franchise group said "We have created an attractive solution to help take the worry out of mortgage repayments during this unpredictable time.

"Customers have a choice of fixing up to 50 percent of their home loan with the incredibly low 4.99 percent per annum fixed interest rate for two years in combination with the current competitive SmartWay variable home loan rate of 5.49 percent per annum."

Wyatt said this particular combination interest rate loan is the best of both worlds, and offers a very attractive option for customers undecided about whether to select a fixed or variable rate home loan.
