Exercises have positive impact on pregnancy – The Preggi Bellies franchise
The Preggi Bellies franchise notes that the older generation thought of exercise as a possible harm to pregnant women. However, the opinion from active women seems to contradict the older notion, says the sports and fitness business. The pregnancy exercise trainer cites research carried out by James F Clapp MD, which dispelled doubts about exercising during pregnancy.
Preggi Bellies notes that using heart rate as an indicator to find out the right intensity of exercise is not ideal, as heart rate depends upon various factors. Factors that influence heart rate include genetic make up; age; prior level of fitness; variation of heart rate throughout the day; different types of exercise; and hydration, says the sports and fitness business.
At the initial stage of pregnancy, heart rate will rise because blood vessels are relaxed and dilated, while there is not yet adequate volume of blood. But, in the later stage of pregnancy, the heart rate may become lower because of more fluid and blood. Preggi Bellies suggests that a perceived scale of exertion- known as the Borg scale becomes a far more reliable indicator.
