WA franchisees for PoolWerx pool cleaning franchises announce opening of new retail store

A new retail PoolWerx store will soon be opened by Duncraig locals Graeme and Jenny Cartledge, WA franchisees with eight years experience with the pool cleaning franchises.

The couple says that they plan to capitalise on strong demand in their local area for pool products, and anticipate a strong launch leading into the hot summer months.

Offering mobile pool cleaning services to customers across Duncraig and Carine Glades, Mr Cartledge explains that a retail location was always something the pair wanted to establish, in order to better service the needs of their local community.

“Now we can offer the community more choice in terms of pool equipment and better meet the rising demand for professional, high quality pool and spa care in the area, because people can come in and see us whenever it suits them,” he says.

Mr Cartledge credits much of the successful growth of the couple’s pool care franchises to the hard work of his team.

“Our team has really invested a lot of time and effort into our business with a strong focus on following-up clients and listening to feedback and I think this has contributed significantly our success,” he says.

The strong support network offered to all franchisees within the network of PoolWerx pool cleaning franchises was also integral to their success, Mr Cartledge adds.

“PoolWerx has also provided us with a strong support network over the years and setting up the new store wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without their help. We have worked hard to bring the new building up to the professional PoolWerx standard,” he concludes.
