Planet Chocolate was created by 2 brothers, Darren and Greg Factor. The idea was developed out of frustration that no decent dessert café existed. For 18 months, the 2 brothers spent hundreds of hours pouring over ideas, recipes and ‘taste testing binges’ before opening their first store in 2005.
