The Pizza Hut franchise’s strategy for growth
The Pizza Hut franchise General Manager, Kurt Whitlow, has recently announced that the pizza franchise has embarked on an aggressive strategy to expand their network of fast food franchise stores. The Pizza Hut franchise is an icon in the Australian pizza franchise industry since opening their first store in Australia in 1970. The fast food franchise continues to grow through investment in new stores, marketing and training new franchisees.
With a newly developed marketing campaign featuring the “Hut Mutt” that can now be seen on TV, along with the significant investment in upgrading existing facilities by both Pizza Hut and its franchise partners, Mr Whitlow believes the pizza franchise is in a better position that ever to take on the competition.
Mr Whitlow, who has a background in both franchise and company operations within the fast food franchise brand in Australia and New Zealand and recently said “Pizza Hut’s strong franchise partnership gives franchisees confidence to re-invest in their facilities and grow the brand.”
“Pizza Hut is well known for its great tasting pizza and great advertising, we also have first class franchisees. We believe that we work harder of our franchisees makes for a successful combination to continue as an icon in the Australian pizza category,” Mr Whitlow explained.
