FCA Member- Since opening our first store in 1996, Pizza Capers has grown to over 100 stores nationally. Our original philosophy was to provide customers with a guilt free, quality, restaurant meal that can be eaten at home. The concept was a hit then, as it still is today.
- We slowly grew our store numbers, adding another in 1998 at Toowong. For the next three years, we focused on developing our business with innovative internal procedures, systems and tools which would lay the foundations for strong, controlled and sustained growth going forward.
- With a solid foundation built, Pizza Capers grew steadily with the opening of two stores in 2002, three more in 2003 and by the end of 2005 – 10 Pizza Capers stores were operating throughout Brisbane.
- Public demand continued to grow, and our business plan shifted focus to franchising. Through franchising we were able to share the success of the reputation created. To franchise a brand based on extreme levels of product and service, we had to find like-minded people who shared our passion for gourmet pizza and great service. So that's exactly what we did and in 2005 the first Pizza Capers franchise was opened.
- Today, Pizza Capers has over 70 franchisees operating stores throughout Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania with a large number of these being multi store owners.
