Two new appointments for Pie Face Bakery Cafe franchises
A new Head of Store Design and Project Management, and a new Head of Business Development have been appointed by Pie Face Bakery Cafe to oversee the expansion of the company’s cafe franchises.
Sally Fong has been appointed a Head of Store Design and Project Management, and will oversee the expansion of new Pie Face cafe franchises throughout Australia.
Sally has extensive experience in retail store design, and has previously worked with a number of high profile Australian companies that include:
- Gloria Jeans
- Sumo Salad
- Sejuiced
- Outback Steakhouse
- Cookie Man; and
- Krispy Kreme.
A senior investment banking executive, Alun has worked with several leading investment banks, including Citi Group Smith Barney.
