After opening and operating 20 company owned stores, Pie Face Bakery Cafe , places high importance on the successful recruitment, training and retention of good staff – this has been a crucial success factor to building profitable company owned stores.
With the recent official launch of its pie shop franchise program, and now receiving hundreds of enquiries to own Pie Face franchises, the fast food franchise group has commenced implementation of a comprehensive online human resources recruitment, training and management tool to streamline its HR program.
Staff and franchisee’s and will be able to access online training programs (including video, photo, manuals, testing and more), operations manuals, shift schedules, times sheets, company announcements and much more.
