Pie Face Bakery Cafe completes investor rights issue raising $1.025 million

Pie Face Bakery Cafe , completes a rights issue to existing investors bring the total capital invested in the company to $12 million, despite the economic downturn.

Rob Dardano, CFO of the fast food franchise group said “The additional and ongoing capital investment from Pie Face shareholders underscores the quality of the Pie Face business opportunity. The completion of this capital raising, even in the most challenging of economic times, reinforces not only the strength of the business model and opportunity, but also the support and commitment of Pie Face shareholders. The capital will be used to further invest in the company’s operations and soon to be launched franchising program”.
