13 new franchisees signed by Pie Face Bakery Cafe within the first year of franchising program

Pie franchise network, Pie Face Bakery Cafe has signed 13 new franchisees since the franchising program commencement in March 2009.

Ben Macpherson, Chief Marketing Officer at the pie franchise network explained that the response from franchise business seekers has been particularly strong.

“The Pie Face offer of good store / franchisee economics, realistic investment requirements, simple business model, and a strong and growing brand are driving high volumes of enquiries from highly qualified applicants. According to PWC research, Pie Face is generating 5 times the level of applicants for a chain of our size. This in turn has meant we have been able to be more discerning about the quality of the franchisees we partner with, and the quality of the sites we are locating our stores in,” he said.
