Pacnet acquire Mobile Voice and offer a one-stop shop for business telecommunications
Pacnet , Asia’s leading business telecommunications service provider has added Mobile Voice to its portfolio of premium business telecommunications solutions.
Mobile Voice will be delivered via a partnership between Pacnet and Optus and combined with Pacnet’s current services, places the telecommunications service provider in a position to offer a one-stop shop for all business communication needs.
“With the addition of Mobile Voice, Pacnet answers the market’s call for a complete business telecommunications solution.
“The complexity of managing multiple providers is time consuming and can expose businesses to duplication of services, hence they are looking to reap synergies from consolidating telecommunications services with one service provider,” said Deborah Homewood, Chief Executive Officer of Pacnet Australia.
Homewood also said that the telecommunications service provider has shaped the mobile services around what their customers need and will offer a range of customizable plans ranging from voice only plan to voice plus a wide choice of data allowances.
Mobile Voice plans will only be available to business customers and start at A$19 per month. Plans come with standard call value and include a bonus fleet call value for use on Pacnet mobile-to-mobile calls. A variety of mobile data services and Blackberry packages are also available.
Mobile Voice is supported by Pacnet’s award-winning technical support team and customers will also get access to the Pacnet Account Toolkit. This allows the administration of all Pacnet services through a convenient, web-based portal.
