The Licensee operates the Business according to the guidelines set out by the Licensor. The Licensee pays fees to the Licensor for the right to duplicate the Business and use the computer programs and business systems.

Outside Concepts Franchising Pty Ltd was established in 2009 to facilitate the national expansion program of the Mr Carports Group.

The Outside Concepts Group currently consists of nine South Australian branches, eleven Victorian branches, four Queensland branches, one Tasmanian branch and six NSW branches.

The Offer

Outside Concepts Franchising Pty Ltd is seeking parties interested in purchasing a License to operate another Outside Concepts branch.

The successful Licensee will have excellent people skills, management ability and be able to operate a computer. Some experience in the Building Industry would be an advantage, but not essential.

The purchase price of each License is as follows:
Initial License Fee $45,000
Training Fee $9,180
Travel & Accom $2,360
Stationery & Sales Kit $960
Total $57,500 + GST

Equipment Required

The Business is operated using a laptop computer and a suitable printer, such as a bubble jet.

The computer will require a modem with Internet access and an email address.

An answering machine and a mobile phone with message bank will also be required.

A Sales Kit will be supplied by Outside Concepts Franchising Pty Ltd

Training

We require applicants with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Each Licensee must also have sound communication skills with some basic computer experience. An understanding of basic building principles will also be an advantage.

Successful applicants will be flown to Adelaide for initial training in computer operation and the Outside Concepts business systems. Additional training may be provided on a continuing basis both interstate and on site.

Summary

The Carport, Verandah, Deck and Pergola industries are considered a very stable business and not subject to the same ups and downs of the general building industry.
