Ology Business Coaching is one of the world's leading business coaching organisations.

Ology Business Coaches typically work with the owners and management teams of small to medium sized businesses and small corporate organisations. We act as trusted advisors, and help our clients achieve their business targets and personal goals.

Once we understand where the stakeholders want to be, it is vital to understand exactly where the business currently is. From there a plan can be created to bridge the gap between the two.

This initial position is achieved through our proven three stage process consisting of a Diagnostic exercise, Behavioural Assessment of the key stakeholders and a Planning session:

Diagnostic
An exploration into the workings of your business, covering the 6 Vital Functions (TM) Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Team, Systems. The outcome is a report outlining the gap between current performance and aspirations. Concise, complete and challenging, it delivers the start point for action.

Behavioural Assessment
Aimed at the key players in the business, we can then understand their behaviour and demonstrate its impact on others. We will then empower individuals to adapt their behaviour to achieve a better response in any given situation.

Planning
The prioritisation of each of our recommendations for implementation and the agreement of a timeframe of involvement. How, when and who will be the key topics for discussion.

Getting the right formula

Once we have the information about you and your business, we can begin to plan for success:

Identify your objectives
The aims for you and your business, short term and long term, balancing risk with reward.

Identify processes to improve upon
Financial reporting, sales recording, customer servicing, staff retention — these systems and many more are the back bone of your business.

Identify initiatives to achieve the objectives
Empowering management, establishing systems, recruiting the right people, redeploying resources — focused changes to bring about success.

Identify time frames to work within
Quantify and qualify. Ensuring input is provided and received from Ology and from within your business over the optimum time scale.
