About My 30 Minutes
My 30 Minutes

My 30 Minutes uniquely addresses a gap in the market for a 'one stop solution’ that caters to all three aspects of health: exercise, weight management and wellness. It’s a holistic approach that offers everyone, no matter their age, sex or fitness level, the opportunity to improve their health and have fun, too

An Australian family-owned franchise, My 30 Minutes is based on the experiences of founder and entrepreneur, Jenny Anderson. Having already built one successful company (the award-winning national success story Endless Spas) Jenny is using her skills to help both My 30 Minutes franchisees and members to achieve their goals – in a friendly and supportive environment.

My 30 Minutes helps Australians become actively responsible for their own health. It’s about education on how to get healthy despite being time poor, and actions to feel better and create change before problems occur
