Muffin Break in the lead to claim Coffee Shop of the Year
Muffin Break has scooped its third consecutive win in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, putting the premium bakery café franchise in the lead to claim the coveted title of 'Coffee Shop of the Year'.
After conducting a survey of 50,000 Australian consumers and 22,000 business decision makers, the muffin and bakery cafe franchise topped the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction surveys earlier this year, resulting in a customer satisfaction rating of 89%.
As the only brand to increase its rating in April 2012, Muffin Break finished Roy Morgan’s latest released survey with 91% of its customers ‘fairly’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the quality of service received at Muffin Break cafés across the nation.
At the end of the annual survey, the coffee shop or cafe franchises with the most number of 'Number One' monthly ratings will be declared Coffee Shop of the Year.
Muffin Break is clearly leading after winning three of four surveys released to-date, which all finished April 2012 with either a decreased or unchanged customer satisfaction rating.
