Mortgage House wins various awards for its home loans business

The Mortgage House franchise has achieved various awards for its service and financial products. The financial services business has won ‘2005 MIAA Excellence Award’ and ‘Mortgage Manager of the Year 30+ employees’ award. The home loans business has been the finalist for Money Magazine ‘Best of the Best' Awards and ‘Best Line of Credit Home Loan’ and ‘Equity Gold product’.

Mortgage House clinched Your Mortgage Magazine’s ‘Mortgage of the Year Awards’ and got a place in the top ten for ‘First Home Buyer 3 Year Fixed Rate Loan’ in 2004. The award list goes long, with Mortgage House winning ‘2003 Money Magazine 'Best of the Best' Awards and ‘Best Low Documentation Home Loan’. In the same year, the financial services business has got the third place for its ‘Investment Lo Doc Loan’ product, ‘Best Five-Year Fixed Rate Home Loan’ and second place for ‘Home Loans Plus 5 Year Fixed’ product.

The home loans business has also become the finalist for ‘Best Call Centre Operation’, ‘Best Advertising Campaign’ and ‘Best Branding’. Mortgage House has achieved a place among the top ten in Your Mortgage Magazine’s ‘First Home Buyer 3 Year Fixed Rate Loan’, ‘Second Home Buyer 3 Year Fixed Rate Loan’ and ‘First Time Investor 3 Year Fixed Rate Loan’.
