Founded by Ken Sayer in the mid 1980’s, Mortgage House commenced operations as a Broker. In 1998, Mortgage House established itself as a Mortgage Manager/Originator, responsible for the ongoing prudent management of the life of each loan.

Today, Mortgage House is a lender in its own right, recognised as one of Australia’s largest independent mortgage providers. It has maintained its brokerage function so as to provide a complete array of lending services.

Helping your business grow

  • Training

Initial Training

Whether an industry expert or a freshman to the mortgage world, each brand partner will undertake a comprehensive induction training session covering all facets of the business (originating a loan, credit assessment, usage of our online system, post settlement interaction with the borrower, ethical management etc).

Ongoing Training

Regular training and development programs are implemented for the purpose of enhancing job specific and industry related knowledge, skills and abilities. Each brand partner is strongly encouraged to actively participate in these programs and effectively apply new methods to the operations of their business.

  • Branch Support

Mortgage House is dedicated to providing continuous support to help build and grow your business. Each branch is appointed a Relationship Manager; individuals who are equipped with sound industry and business knowledge. Loan scenarios can be directed to your Relationship Manager. They will help to find the most suitable avenue for the loan application.

Park & Fly

Mortgage House holds accreditations with external lenders. Essentially, if a loan application does not fit within Mortgage House guidelines (own AAA funding program), the Mortgage House credit team will direct the loan application to a suitable lender for approval on your behalf. The ‘Park & Fly’ concept frees up your time to generate more business.

  • Leads

Mortgage House invests substantially in infrastructure and the implementation of successful lead generation tools/marketing campaigns and outbound telemarketing. Each branch is given the opportunity to deal with these enquiries (enquiries assigned to each designated area) and convert them to loan applications.

  • Free branch mini website

Each branch has the opportunity to promote themselves via their own mini website; personal profile, mission statement, personal values of the branch. In effect, the client(s) builds passive rapport with the brand partner prior to meeting, maximising conversions, success and productivity levels.

Rewarding Commission Structure

Performance and results are financially rewarded.

Each brand partner is entitled to monetary compensation in the form of commission – reoccurring income for the life of each loan. Mortgage House has an automated commission structure (via own funding program) which means no short payments and no delays – upfront commissions received weekly (underpins operational cash flows) and trail commissions received in full on the same day each month. Bonus structures and prizes are also reoccurring.

e-mms

Each brand partner is given unrestricted, wireless and remote access to our online system e-mms. e-mms is a revolutionary mortgage processing software system (exclusive proprietary software) that allows real time and remote tracking and better management of your loan portfolio.

Your Investment/Applicable Fees

Set up costs vary depending on size, condition and proposed fitout (hard costs only).

Mortgage House does not charge any upfront or ongoing franchise fees.

Your Return

Each brand partner is entitled to set up their independent office in an exclusive zone. You choose the number of hours you wish to work in order to generate your own desirable income stream.
