Mortgage Choice mortgage broking franchises score three wins at 2010 Australian Mortgage Awards

Operators of three Mortgage Choice mortgage broking franchises received awards last week at the 2010 Australian Mortgage Awards, including the coveted Australian Broker of the Year.

The network of mortgage broking franchises boasted two award winners in Irene Cujko from New South Wales and Wendy Higgins from South Australia.

Irene received the Broker of the Year - Insurance (Mortgage Protection and Life) award, and Wendy was presented with the Broker of the Year - Franchise award.

New South Wales franchisee Debbie Worthington was a finalist for the Best Customer Service from an Individual Office award.

Wendy Higgins also won the prestigious Australian Broker of the Year award, for which all national award winners were eligible.

Mortgage Choice CEO Michael Russel said the three female business owners were an inspiration for the mortgage broking franchises.

“Wendy, Irene and Debbie all thoroughly deserve this esteemed industry recognition. It is a terrific reflection of their persistence, passion, business acumen and dedication to high quality customer care,” he said.
