Mobile refuelling franchise, Mini-Tankers offers Ipswich resident better work conditions

Ipswich resident, Shane Sutton kept hearing about the great work conditions his friends had working for Mini-Tankers mobile refuelling franchises.

Lured by the possibility of “good opportunities, good money and good conditions”, Shane quit working for the competition to see if it was true.

“The company is family oriented and from that first meeting onwards I have felt that they are genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a number,” Shane said.

The Managing Director, Tony Hartin and Queensland State Manager Brent were there to greet him and support his decision whenever he made up his mind.

“Rather than going straight into the franchise, I worked as a company operator for 12 months,” Shane said.

“That period of time allowed both me and Mini-Tankers to decide whether I should take on the franchise. As far as I was concerned, the orientation process was thorough, the money was indeed good and I could see that Ipswich was a territory ready to boom.”

Shane has been surprised at the speed his mobile refuelling franchise has grown despite setting up in his hometown, Ipswich. Mini-Tankers has set up two further company operators in the area to cope with the demand.
