Corey Forster is his own boss with Mini-Tankers mobile franchise
Corey Forster was intent on owning his own business but decided not to pursue a career as an electrician despite finishing an apprenticeship.
He started saving his money and considering his options determined to find something that really interested him when he found mobile franchise, Mini-Tankers .
“My accountant reviewed the Mini-Tankers material, and the figures specific to my territory. He identified potential for growth and advised it was a good opportunity to meet my financial and personal goals,” Corey said.
Corey has found a supportive environment in the mobile franchise throughout his time franchising in the Sydney city and Eastern suburbs area. He doesn’t have to concern himself with things like advertising or marketing like many other small business owners.
The mobile franchise supplied him with all the necessary training and initial customers.
“I now own an asset. I've increased the litreage of the previous owner. I can take the business where I want it, and can consider options like putting a driver on in the future,” Corey said.
Corey now spends his mornings watching the sunrise over the Opera House as he refuels the equipment for Sydney Harbour Bridge. Most of his customers require refuelling every second day so his busy days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
“For me the success of the business revolves around building relationships and looking after your customers. I've got a good group of customers and enjoy catching up with them,” Corey said.
